Davione Green is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth Elevation LLC, a community-based organization in Lynchburg, Virginia, providing therapeutic and independent living services to youth and young adults. With a background in trauma-informed care and adolescent development, Davione specializes in guiding at-risk populations through transitional phases such as recovery, stabilization, and independent living. As a member of Lynchburg City and Amherst County FAPT teams, he collaborates closely with local DSS, court service units, and school systems to promote long-term success for youth through structured support systems and evidence-based practices.
